Information submitted

Intake forms may include project names, contact details, links, assets, goals, timelines, constraints, and budget notes.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate scope, prepare project communication, organize planning materials, and follow up with the project owner.

Data handling

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive material unless a separate written agreement is in place. Intake submissions are treated as project-planning material, not as a secure document vault.
